The brand is brewed at St. James Gate in Dublin. Made from hops, malt, yeast and water, the roasting of the Irish barley gives it the distinctive ruby tint while the yeast assists in firming the creamy head.

This IPA features Mandarina Bavaria, the new hop on the block from Germany. It’s a tangerine dream with intense pineapple and lemon zest flavours and a herbal finish, imparting a wonderful summery aroma. We have adopted an innovative hop utilisation technique to maximise aroma pickup and ensure that this beer is bursting with hop flavour. Sweet citrus and tropical fruit with a hint of mandarin peel bitterness. Herbal coriander notes and a touch of salt in the finish.

Unique due to its rich creamy head, the brand delivers a smooth flavourful taste and has 50% less carbonation than regular beers. It tastes smoother, but still retains the full flavoured characteristics of an imported ale.

Like an Irishman on holiday in the Canaries, this beer has a red tint and a chilled out, mellow feel. Sunburnt Irish Red takes the characteristic sweet caramel flavours of an Irish red ale and adds additional malt complexity. The malt body is counterbalanced with American and New Zealand hops, adding a modern twist to the traditional style. But beware: keep out of direct sunlight.
